What is the process for concert suites?
Once a show is announced, we can sell $500 deposits up until conversion. Pricing is determined prior to onsale.
Standard Suns suite rentals come with 16 tickets per game. Lofts come with 8 tickets per game.
What are the minimums for a party deck & upper level buy out?
Upper level buy out is a minimum of $5k. Party decks are a minimum of 12-56 tickets depending on the location.
How many parking passes do suites come with?
Standard suites & party suites get 4 parking passes - ROH gets 12 passes.
How many suite rentals do we have on a given night? How many (bonus pts for which ones) are AI?
12 are available for most events. 6 are all-inclusive - A9, A11, A35, A43, B10 & B39 (B39 is only for non-nationally televised games)
Explain the conversion process.
How many total tickets can you buy in the Elite package? In the Tanduay package?
35 total all-inclusive tickets for the Elite Package. 100 total tickets for the Tanduay package.
What is our Merc courtside pricing range?
$2,625-$4,620 per seat on courtside.
What are SROs & what do we call them internally?
Standing room only tickets - internally we call these overflow tickets.
Stage in the North End of the bowl, corner to corner mostly closed. In the round means that the stage is center court and the entire arena can be sold.
What are the ticket & revenue minimums for group FEPs?
Court of Dreams: 200-300 ticket minimum
Pre-Game warmups, Anthem Buddies, Cut Down the Net, Post Game Photos, Community 3-PT Play & Plaza Performance: 50 tickets/$2k minimum
National Anthem, Primetime performance & Post game Court time: 100 tickets/$4k minimum
Half-Time performance: 200 tickets/$8k minimum
