Include any additional information we would tell guests when selling them Individual Ride Tickets.

A child younger than 24 months may enter the Park and Lagoon A Beach at no charge. To participate on rides and special events, a Youth Single Day Passport, Season Passport, or Individual Ride Tickets are required. Individual Ride Tickets are sold 2 for $1.00, rides vary between 4 to 10 tickets per ride.

Additional Information: Individual Ride tickets are non-refundable and valid all Season. Rides vary between 4 to 10 tickets, which equates to $2.00 - $5.00 per ride.

A guest comes to your window asking for a re-stamp. What do you do?

1 - Ask for their Single Day Passport or Season Passport. These are required for you to give a re-stamp.

2 - If it is a Season Passport, verify the photo matches with the guest.

3 - Look at the guest's current stamp. Is it backwards? Is it completely gone? Is it the wrong ink color? (If yes, send them to Guest Services for further verification and DO NOT stamp them.)

4 - Re-Stamp the guest. 

**If you are ever questioning if you should give a guest a re-stamp, grab a Supervisor. It is better to be cautious than give someone a free day at the Park!

Why do we have you write down your password on the opening slip for the cashier system? What is your password for the cashier system?

When you go on break, the person giving you a break stays under your cashier log in. If they get logged out for whatever reason, we need to know your username and password to log back in.

Your password is AA+the last 2 digits of your employee number.

A knife gets turned into the Lost & Found. What do you do?

Immediately log the knife and change the status to 'S' for disposed of / Security. Then call Security at ext. 5500 and let them know we had a knife turned in that they need to come pick up or give it to a supervisor to turn in.

How much is a Classic Senior Single Day Passport? Who can use a Classic Senior Single Day Passport? Where can this type of Passport be purchased?

Mike purchased 45 Individual Ride Tickets from you this morning. It is now late afternoon and Mike is leaving the Park. He explains that they didn't use all of their Individual Ride Tickets, and have 15 left. He would like a refund for the remaining 15 Individual Ride Tickets. What do you do?

Kindly explain to Mike that Individual Ride Tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE. However, they are valid all Season. So if he visits the Park again during the 2025 Season, he would be able to use the remaining 15 tickets as long as he brings them with him. We cannot replace or reissued Individual Ride Tickets because the guest "forgot them" or "left them at home".

A group of teenagers comes to your window. A member of their group has a cast on and needs to rent a wheelchair. No one in the group has a credit card but they do have their I.D. What do you do?

Offer the guest an adult stroller. An adult stroller requires that someone else in the party is able to push them but we don't require a carbon copy of a credit card.

Taylor comes to your window and explains she purchased 60 Individual Ride Tickets earlier that day. They have used 30 of their tickets, and have 30 that have not been used. Taylor would like to turn the remaining 30 Individual Ride Tickets into a Youth Single Day Passport for her daughter. What do you do?

Explain that we can take her remaining unused Individual Ride Tickets and put that dollar amount towards a Youth Single Day Passport and she would pay the difference in price. Any Individual Ride Tickets that have already been used today CANNOT be refunded.

In the Cashier Program, refund 30 Individual Ride Tickets. In the same transaction, sell a Youth Single Day Passport. Take the 30 Individual Ride Tickets from Taylor and give her the Youth Single Day Passport. Remember to rip the stub off the of Youth Single Day Passport and stamp the child's hand or issue them a wristband.

For your audit, print a receipt showing the refunded 30 Individual Ride Tickets. Write 'REF' and your initials and put on the clipboard with your audit paper.

You are 2nd Shift in Strollers; the Park is now closed. There is a Wagon that still hasn't been turned in and you still have the guest's I.D. What do you do?

Notify your Supervisor. We will verify with Campground if that guest is staying with us and keep the I.D. in Amelia's Office. When the guest comes back the next day to collect their I.D., we will charge them for an additional rental. Rentals cannot be kept overnight, they are on a first come, first serve basis each day.

If that guest is NOT staying at the Campground and has stolen our rental, Amelia will handle the situation with Security / Farmington Police.

A guests rented a stroller but would like to exchange it for a wagon. What do you do?

Take the stroller back and inspect it for any damage. Put it in SNS to be cleaned and sanitized.

Find the guest's original deposit of Keys / I.D. with the rental ticket. Use the refund code on the rental ticket to refund the stroller. Write "Upgraded to Wagon" on the stroller rental ticket.

In the same transaction, sell the wagon. The guest will pay the difference in price. Staple the wagon rental ticket to the original stroller rental ticket so we can clearly tell that an upgrade happened. Reattach the deposit of Keys / I.D..

Print a receipt for your audit showing the refund of the stroller. Write 'REF' and your initials and place the receipt on the clipboard for your audit.

If you are completing donations, and you have money that needs to be donated on your list, what do you do?

Skip it! You do NOT donate money. DO NOT mark the money as donated in AS-400. All donated money is kept in the Guest Services Safe and is donated by a manager once per month.
