Concessions Staff
These are the hours Crystal Cove is open to the public for recreational/open swim time Mondays through Thursdays.

In the event of a fire; staff children, and patrons without immediate transportation should report here.
The Crystal Community Center
This is the amount of time you should add to your time sheet after completing the online training in NeoGov.
1 Hour
When you are sick and cannot make a shift, you must notify this person at least 2 hours prior to the shift.
The Manager on Duty
Pool shoes must be worn by these staff.
Lifeguards and Auxiliary Staff
This program meets in the early mornings Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
NHCP Swim Club
When the media or other guests have questions about an emergency/incident, they should be referred here.
The recreation office
You must do this with your time sheet before leaving today.
Turn it in
If you cannot work an assigned shift, you must have a trade/swap submitted and approved in W2W by this time.
24-hours before the shift
Lifeguards should wear this color bathing suit if not wearing their blue Crystal Cove shirt.
Red (and it should say "Guard" or "Lifeguard")
What days of the week do we offer after-hour rentals?
Fridays and Saturdays
This lifeguard station responds to the activated EAP (long whistle blast).

When EMS is called, this person meets EMS at the south gate located by the dive well.

This is when June conflicts are due in When to Work.
May 30th
A bun is an example of the proper way a concessions staff member with long hair should tie their hair up. This is another acceptable way to tie up long hair when working in the concession stand.
