What is Material Change in Circumstance?
Generates when one or both of the parties do not respond to the CSE 140
What is the CSE 140A?
Reason for adjustment that includes, but not limited to:
Significant involuntary loss in parent's income
Emancipation of child included in In Globo order
Change in physical custody of child
What is a substantial and continuing change in circumstances?
Cannot exceed 3% of the NCP's gross income
What is Cash Medical Support?
Used to calculate child support obligation for all custody other than shared custody
What is CSE 330?
Type of review requested when it has been less than three years since order was last judicially reviewed
What is a review outside three-year review cycle?
NCP's lifestyle does not match their reported income.
What is Standard of Living and Assets?
Used to notify NCP that child support order will resume at same amount before incarceration unless order is modified.
What is CSE 178?
Action taken when NCP's incarceration extends beyond 180 days
What is suspension of the order?
Objective evaluation of information necessary to apply State's guidelines for child support
Generates to both parties to notify them of a court date for modification
NCP is no longer considered incarcerated when they enter this program
What is TWP?
Authority to modify a support order
What is CEJ?
Used when a review is requested by either party and no income is provided or found
