I am helping a customer download their images from their tour and they lost the download window. What shortcut can I have them use to open up their most recent downloads?

Will you stage our property as well as photograph it?
We rely on the agent and/or homeowner to stage and prepare the property prior to the photographer's arrival. Our photographers have an allotted amount of time onsite to photograph the property. They might have time to do small staging tasks like moving kleenex boxes or soap from counters, but it is always appreciated when this done ahead of time so the photographer has plenty of time to get all of the needed shots onsite.
What is the difference between a subdivision and a stock image package?
A subdivision package will allow our photographers to travel to 5 different locations within a mile of the property to capture 5-7 community photos.
The stock image package allows us to add 7-10 stock images of a community we've already photographed to a current tour.
