Explain how a Motion to Challenge works

The first team speaks for one minute as an opening statement, then the opposing team replies with the same extension. Then both teams go back and forth for two minutes. Finally, both teams get a closing statement for one minute each. 

Each team has to be composed of: 1 v 1, 1 v 2, 2 v 2, 2 v 3, 3 v 3
