What is the Writing Center?
This is a food center near the west side of campus that is connected to the building we are currently holding class in right now.
What is the Sierra Center?
This is the name of the building that has cash services, financial aid and financial counseling.
What is Bayramian Hall?
This place has an indoor tack on the third floor.
What is the SRC (Student Recreation Center)?
There are multiple groups with different mission statements, they have different philanthropy events and, are used as a community for fellow CSUN students to connect with. They are distinguishable by their greek letters.
What are Fraternities and Sororities
This is on the third floor of the library that offers tutoring support on math and science classes.
This food center is located on the north side of campus and has yellow umbrellas outside. They are also next to Jacaranda Hall.
What is Arbor Grill?
This place has free clothes for students who may need it for interviews. This place also offers gift cards to buy clothes if they don't have anything in your size. It is also located in Bayramian Hall.
What is Matty's Closet?
This is a type of resource available to you as a csun student if you need assistance with your mental well-being.
What is counselling services?
They are located in Laurel Hall, they offer students free canned goods, toiletries, and self care items and about twice a month they will have pop-ups on campus where students (as long as they bring a bag) can grab as much produce as they would like.
What is the Food & Pop-up Produce Pantry?
This is someone you should communicate with if you are struggling in a class and need extra time or possibly extra support with class materials.
What is the professor?
This place only has a few options to eat at and is located on the east side of campus. It is also home to the SRC, the Oasis Center and the AS Ticket office.
What is the USU?
This place will offer support in finding a job and practice interviews. It is also located in Bayramian Hall.
What is the Career Center?
This group located in the SRC, they plan trips to do adventurous activities.
What is Outdoor Adventures?
This is a student ran organization where they are leaders for the CSUN community. Every year there are elections held to determine which CSUN students the student body would like to elect.
what is AS (Associated Students) Student Leadership?
This is someone you should consult before finalizing your class schedule for next semester.
What is an academic advisor?
This place is located on the east side of campus and is one of the hubs for food for most students. This place also has availability for students to but CSUN merchandise, apple products and rent/buy books for class.
What is the Campus Bookstore/Matador Food Court?
This is a resource that you can use as a CSUN student to find on-campus and off-campus jobs
What is Handshake?
This service is available to use if you need to have a check-up, need medication, or other health related matters addressed.
what is the Klotz Student Health Center?
As CSUN students you have the opportunity to get discounts at places such as universal Studios, Legoland, AMC etc. Some of these must be purchased in person, where would you go?
What is the Ticket Office?
What should you do if the writing center has no tutors in time to go over your essay before your submission deadline?
What is try one of the other tutoring centers on campus? ex. chicano lab and the black house.
There are many of these on campus, you can buy ready to eat sandwiches, chips, energy drinks, ice creams and sometimes small grocery items.

This place is somewhat like the hub for many clubs and events, like the dream center, the veterans center, and the pride center. Many times you will notice that there will be events here with the occasional free food.
What is the USU (University Student Union)?
