Explain what a mask image is

A mask image is a .png image in which a specific part of the image is remove creating a transparent void. This image lays on top of the preview image. Te buyers image is then uploaded inbetween the two images allowing the buyer to only view their image through the void created in the mask.

Explain what an image overlay is.

If you use an image overlay you will want the background to be a transparent where the only thing on the image is the small change you are making to the listing.

Auto Refund typically happens when the Seller has SFP on their ASIN.
