What is the Home button?

This button will allow you to view statements.
What is Image Statements?
This button allows you to view who has maintenanced the account and when.
What is the Maintenance History button?
This button allows you to view related owners of the account. (Account level button)

The section of a CIF or an account level shows hyperlinked services a customer or an account has.
What is Banner Messages?
This button allows you to see if multiple accounts are on one statement.
What is Combined Statements?
This button allows you to see any alerts or notices that may have been added to an account or CIF.
What is the Messages button?
This button will display information for customers that utilize Bill Pay.
What is the Bill Pay button?
This section displays the interest rate and amount of interest paid to the account this year, if applicable.
This is the name of the passcode we use to verify customers over the phone.
What is the Inquiry ID Code?
This button allows you to view transactions - both recent and older.
What is the History button?
This button allows you to view holds that are on the account. (Account level icon)
What is the Stops/Holds button?
This button will allow you to display tax information and form.
What section displays the specific account number, product type, account status, and etc.
What is the Internal section?
This is the name of the associate who "owns" the partnership with the customer.
Who is the Relationship Manager?
This button will allow you to see if customers have set up money to be moved automatically between accounts.
What is the Transfers button?
This button allows you to view the signature card. (Account level button)
What is the Signature Card button?
This button allows you to view documents for the customer/account.
What is the Document/Image Inquiry button?
This is the balance we quote to customers.
What is the Available Balance?
This is the name of the limit a customer is able to overdraw their account and items will still be paid.
