I am given to customers when delays occur. I can be used onboard the a/c to purchase BOB/Bar items, usually $10/$15 worth

I have been counted, secured onto trolleys and/or canisters and am ready to be offloaded or exchanged
What is a White Seal?
I do not have a shelf life expiration (Pringles, Swedish Berries to name a few) and am offered on flights 1:30-3:14 min.
What is ADP?
I am ADP and am served between 1:30 - 3:45
What is Medium-Haul service?
This procedure MUST remain locked and sealed until airborne and I can never be opened on ground.
What is the procedure for Trans-border?
I am offered when 5 or more customers experience an IFE issue

What is an Orange Seal?
I am a type of fare. The customer is entitled to BOB items or an alcoholic beverage and snack BOB item or an alcoholic beverage and ADF item.

I am between :46 min - 1:29 and I serve drinks along with a core snack
What is Short-Haul Service?
I MUST be completed prior to arriving into the U.S.A and I contain a closing count of alcohol that is being brought into the U.S

One of our performance markers under the CPA Agreement measured as the % of flights departing within 5 minutes of schedule
What is OTP?
I am attached to canisters, have been counted and secured for landing into U.S.A and I can be used again on the next flight
What is an Orange Seal?
I am offered to customers (pop, juice, tea, coffee, alcohol) along with core snack (pretzels or cookies)
What is HBEV?
Core Snacks are not served on these service flows
What are Mini-Haul, Medium-Haul and Long-Haul?
I am a nine-segment duplicate form and used on all Jazz aircraft. I am found inside canisters and trolleys and MUST be completed on all flights, with or without Bar sales
What is the Bar Account Form?
I am left in a state that I would want to found in (trolley restocked)
I am clean, always organized, spills wiped up
I am disposed of in the lavatory and garbage properly (only clear liquids in drain, ice scoop, tongs placed into plastic bag etc)
