you need to check to see what kind of title it is – is it a ELT – (check title explorer to see if we released lien) adv them to contact their DMV – if it is a paper title – check DM folder – did we send it out – verify address and send LR

Transfer to title escalation; if holding exceeds 2 mins while transfering to title escalation submit the case - start process - title - cs @ DMV - adv cs documents are processed within 45-90 minutes

It can take up to 60 days. Right now, it is taking up to 90 days
My regular payment is $450, what happens when I pay $500?
Any payment made in excess of the total amount due will automatically go toward principal and pay toward the next month’s payment.
