GCC and College Village enforce, the New York State Clean Indoor Act, stating that you can not smoke or vape inside the building and must be 25 feet away from any building when you are smoking or vaping. In addition candles, incense, and other fire hazards may be confiscated during any Health and Safety inspection.

Weekly emails are sent for students to pre-register. If a resident has already tested as part of another group (athletics, clinicals, in-person course, etc) they should reply to the registration email each time to conifrm.

All GCC staff members including Safety, Professors, and RAs are "Mandate Reporters" who are required to report all incidents of sexual assault or harassment, even if they occurred off campus or before attending GCC. This is the name of TIX Coordinator at GCC who oversees reports and coordinates providing resources.
