What is a Pop/In?
It is a short or mini presentation with no slide show where the presenter covers career service info and updates. about 10-15 minutes at the begining of a class time with students.
How many individual invoites does a presenter need to creat to schedule the class appropriately on their google calendar?
They need to create 7 invites in total. 5 Individual Presentation invites. 1 weekly recurring invite for student meetings on the week after presentations are done and 1 reocurring invite the second time during the week for student meetings.
How many CSA's shoud attend the presntation days?
1 - I have been asked if a second can attend to man the chat- that is okay but they should not be a voice in the presentation. Other CSA's should not attend and should use the time for other productive things.
When should you send your Intor email to 19W Students?
No later than week 4 and before the first presentation. Week 3 is an acceptable answer. When you are assigned the students is not.

Who is charge of running the pop in or communicating the information?
The presenter.
Presenting in an evening class a few students complian they have not heard from there advisor, what should you do?
You should get the students name, look them up in SF, You should get teh GMEET link from the CWP Presentation Assignment Sheet- Tab GMEET and you should email or text the student their link and encourage them to schedule an appointment. You should log a call that you did this in SF.
When should you send your intro email to 12 week students?
As soon as you are assigned the students and prior to Career Services presenting the Introduction Presentation

6:30-6:45 EST
Should the firs time talking to a 19W student be week 11 when CS goes in to meet with students?
No - You should start calling to do intro calls and collect resumes weeks 5- 10.
When sharing national job order information should you share all of them?
No - some are ony 1 open position, this is to create exciment. In Addtion when sharing if they want more information you should tell them to connect with their CSA to find out more!
Should the Presenter create a Group chat with the CSA's that are assigned with them to the class? and if so what should they name it?
Yes they Should and they should use the same name formatting from the invites. " CWP12W, M/W 8.12.25- 11.12.25 - James Parriett" You could opt to put the Instructor name firts for the chat.

3-4pm EST
What do you do if class is on a night that is not one of your late nights of the week?
If you are able to switch late nights it is appreciated. If it is not possible you should talk to your ADOC as soon as possible, not the first night of class!!
Why is there no Career Services Scheduled week 10 in the 19W program?
It is a buffer week. It is enevidable that at least one week presnetations will not be done due to testing or other comittments. It is given as grace and flexibility.

Who should be notified if a CSA is oging to miss class and what is the reponsibility of the presenter?
The ADOC, The Presenter and an email should be sent to students prior to not attending. The Presenter should let the Instructor and class know at the begining that the CSA is on PTO and will follow up on theor return.
