Stand up to cyber bullying by stopping talking to that person, blocking them, reporting them and talking to an adult about it!!

Save them as proof and show a trusted adult so that they help adults understand what happened.

Blue light from screens can confuse your brain and stop melatonin from helping you sleep, your brain is too stimulated and it's hard to settle down
