What process should you follow when a child is not on your sign in paper, but has showed up for programming?
Ask parent to see front desk staff to ask for proof of enrollment, write them in on your sign in sheet and attach proof of enrollment so manager can update binder accordingly.

What is the role of the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd person to arrive to the scene of a medical emergency?
First staff person on the scene recognizes the situation, signal to other staff. Begin treating the person (i.e. get Band-Aids, ice, gather information)
Second staff person on the scene clears the area of members, objects, hazards. Assists the first staff person. Contacts 911, brings first aid kit, AED, blankets, etc.
Third staff person on the scene finishes clearing the area of members, objects, hazards
What process would you follow if one of your children needs a puffer in a registered class?
Ask the duty manager for a medication record form, and ask the parent to fill it out. Alternatively, parent stays in the program and administers the medication themselves.
On Sunday your working kid zone/playcare, and a child approaches you, alone, who hasn't been signed in by anyone. The child tells you he doesn't know where his mom or dad is. What do you do?
Radio front desk for back-up, attempt to find parent in facility, if parent cannot be found have front desk makes calls to parent. If not available, follow procedure for missing child, and write incident report for general manager.
