The Macaroni Disaster" is more realistic because it takes place in a kitchen and is about a girl struggling to make food by herself whereas "Out of the Night Sky" takes place in mountains where aliens come out of the sky which is unrealistic.

The short alien is more aggressive because it pulled out the weapon and zapped Miles' dad.
What evidence proves that the Aliens don't want to hurt Miles and his dad?
After the alien zaps Miles’s dad, he gets back up quickly, which means they didn’t seriously hurt him. Then, the alien tells Miles that his dad will be okay, showing it doesn’t mean to cause harm. The alien also says they should both control their kids so the adults can talk and the alien suggests that the kids can play.
Does Tyra's feelings change from the beginning of the book to the end? If so what is the change?
Tyra goes from being confident in making the macaroni and cheese to being unsure and frustrated.

If Tyra asked for help she may have had an easier time making the Mac and Cheese and made less mistakes. This tells us that the main idea is about the importance of asking for help when you don't understand something

Mile's likely feels scared, nervous, and anxious because of the aliens zapping his dad whereas Tyra feels frustrated, unsure, and annoyed because she is struggling to cook the Mac and Cheese by herself
