The period of time when you are not allowed to communicate with PNMs in any means - begins when the recruitment form closes

NO! That is gifting and considered bid promising. DON'T LET ANYTHING LEAVE THE ROOM!

What types of lights can we have?
No string lights, rope lights, or any type of lighting besides electronic candles will be allowed in the rooms.
In strict silence, can I answer questions about recruitment?
NO
List three things that can count as bid promising
Touching, mentioning seeing them later, allowing them to take something from the room, door stacking, dancing, insinuations that a bid will be promised BEFORE recruitment
Compliment my outfit in a way that is acceptable and a way that is unacceptable
Unacceptable: bringing up the brand or the cost
Acceptable: using it as a wholesome conversation starter

Can they come in late?
NO - once the round has started nobody goes in or out. It is our decision whether or not to let them back in to a later round
When should i ask RDC Brynn questions?
LITERALLY NEVER. she will be wearing a wig and will not be okay. she is the always answer number, so please don't try to call her
Can I talk about rho gams?
NO: if you want to share a story about a rho gam, replace the name, they are not affiliated with the chapter during recruitment. you cannot contact them.

What can a PNM NOT have with them?
Phones, apple watches, anything that they could record us with, food, water, bags, wallets, keys, etc. If they bring something in, make note of it in the comments AND tell someone on the recruitment team.
How much will Phi Mu get charged if you are seen not wearing your name tag?
$20 the first time, $50 the second
Can the PNM know that I am "bumping" and that this isn't casual
NO! they cannot know that this is intentionally done. Though they probs saw on tiktok, we can't let them know!
How much will we get charged for glitter being found in the recruitment room
1st offence: $100
2nd offence: $100
Subsequent offences: $500
Can the PNM drink water?
No, they cannot bring in water bottles. We are only permitted to give water during preference round.
How much will phi mu get charged for dress code violations?
1st Offense: $100
2nd Offense: $20 for every chapter member violating the dress code paid for by the chapter

Can I dance when chanting?
with the door open, NO - if they are petty we will get fined. once the door closes, YES!!!
