Depending on permissions if able to disable this feature. This will need to be done by the Agent themselves. They will need to go to their name on the top right of the DB and click on "Security".
What is the difference between Root Agent and Agent?
Root Agent - The Root Agent has the partner relationship with Maverick. They are the main Agent on the account, meaning no other Agent is “owner” over this Agent.
Agent - Owner of a Merchant account. Agents can be Root or sub-agents and can be associated with a specific branch.
E-sign is the preferred method of signature when completing an application. Why is this the best practice?
E-sign goes through our platform and allows the Merchant to sign all bank agreements and any addendums that are applicable to them.
