Is it easy to change your major at Tufts?
All Tufts students arrive undeclared, so they have time to explore classes before choosing a major or majors. Students in the School of Arts and Sciences must commit to a major before the end of their second year, and School of Engineering students must commit to a major before the end of their first year. It's easy to switch your major if you wish (or add a second major or minor), but most students will be pretty confident in their choice by the time they declare.
