What is Choices?
The failure or refusal to comply and/or conform and adapt one's actions to a rule or necessity.
What is Non-Compliance?
Referring back to a client's schedule to show them when reinforcement will be available.
What is a Visual Schedule?
Self-stimulating. This behavior functions to give the child some kind of internal sensation that pleases them or removes an internal sensation they don’t like.

What is Priming?
A behavior that is aimed at causing harm or pain to a person. Hitting, Kicking, Biting, Etc.
What is Aggression?
A form of negative punishment. The contingent loss of reinforcers, producing a decrease of the frequency of behavior.

The concept that a child is trying to gain the attention of a nearby adult or another child.
What is Attention Function?
The presentation of a reinforcer, independent of the presence of a specific behavior. The learner receives reinforcement on a set schedule instead of for a positive response.
What is Non-Contingent Reinforcement (NCR)?
A behavior designed to hurt one self, cause any wound, but NOT to cause one's death. Head banging, Biting, Scratching, Hitting Self, Etc.
What is Self-Injurious Behaviors (SIB)?
An application of DRA. Reinforce use of communication (words, sign, PECS) which is believed to be functionally equivalent to problem bx.
