How do I become a David Jones Rewards member?
You can join David Jones Rewards online at www.davidjones.com by creating an online profile and opting in to receive emails from David Jones, or by providing your email address in-store. David Jones Rewards is free to join.
Is there a physical membership card?
No. David Jones Rewards is a mobile based program where you are assigned a Membership Barcode via email. You can either provide this at point of sale instore to scan or provide your email address to a Team Member to redeem your personalized offers. When shopping online you must be logged in to your David Jones online account for offers to be redeemed.
I already receive David Jones emails, does this mean I’m part of David Jones Rewards?
Yes. If you are currently receiving David Jones emails, you will automatically be a member of David Jones Rewards. Make sure you create an online profile and update your details including your birthday, so we can send you a special birthday reward!
What if my personal details change?
You can update your personal details at any time in the ‘personal information’ tab in your online profile. Simply visit www.davidjones.com. Or contact our Customer Service team at contactus@davidjones.com.au
