Is CRCR refunded when cancelling a booking?
CRCR payment is non-refundable unless the guest requests a refund within 10 days of purchase, provided they haven’t already departed for their trip or filed a claim. If guests have not paid (force-to-paid) CRCR, it can simply be removed from the reservation. If the guest has Air or an NRP deposit, this can be protected by CRCR but the product must be forced-to-paid for coverage to be put in place.
