What is Relay Service?

Deaf person can call a hearing person and communicate with them through an interpreter. The deaf person signs the interpreter voices to the hearing person what they see the deaf person signing. Then the hearing person speaks and the interpreter signs the message to the deaf person. This continues until the conversation is completed.
