What highlights/efforts are from this year(2023)?

These are mandatory for all work activities and should reflect ASTM ANSI cut level 4 as a minimum. The gloves selected must be appropriate to the task at hand. The exceptions to this rule are for employees engaged in: a) Activities specific to live line contact and working with rubber gloves. b) Activities that expose employees to chemicals that could injure the skin on contact or be absorbed through skin. Gloves must meet requirements identified on Safety Data Sheet (SDS) for chemical product being used. c) Low risk activities where a cut hazard is not presented and deviation has been included on the safe work plan, outlining hazards and appropriate controls.
