This Delegate function creates meals for patients who do not manually select a meal.
What is Auto-Ordering
This type of recipe is available for use in the room service module, not the service unit module and allows the patient to customize their selection
What is a modifiable recipe?
This type of interface message from the Electronic Medical Record system (EMR), admits, discharges and transfers patients and assigns allergies. These messages may also contain special instructions, meal order status and medications.
What is an ADT message
This is the automated expansion of a recipe and all embedded sub-recipes into their underlying ingredients so Delegate can accurately calculate quantities, costs, nutrients, allergens, and inventory requirements. It happens automatically upon recipe save; in the Web Client but there are automation scheduler jobs available and ways to manually run in Settings.
What is Recipe Explosion
This is Delegate's module to track trays throughout their cycle and the abbreviation is MDL.
