Ensure to disconnect the AC power cord from the BIST.

To start: Plug in the AC power cord & note the LED lights status.

To restart the PSU BIST: Disconnect the AC power cord for 15 seconds (BIST reset time), and then plug-in the AC power cord.

  2. At the bottom left, select About ChromeOS.

  3. Under "Google ChromeOS," find which version of the Chrome operating system your Chromebook uses.

  4. Select Check for updates.

  5. If your Chromebook finds a software update, it will start to download automatically

- Plug the coin-cell (CMOS) battery back into the motherboard.
