If a member has been granted an approved absence, they will be eligible to earn the full value of points for the meeting upon reading the chapter minutes and answering a question from the VP of Administration. The VP of Administration will email the entire chapter the chapter minutes within 48 hours of the meeting’s conclusion.

Each active member must complete and subsequently log in the member portal of the Delta Zeta website a minimum of eighteen (18) service hours per semester.

These should be signed and/or countersigned only by the Chapter President or Chapter VP of Finance when applicable and reviewed by the appropriate advisor or CCD prior to signing.
Any authorized member who signs or who permits another person to sign any such document and the authorized person so signing shall be personally liable for any errors, damages, or losses caused by such improper execution and shall also be subject to disciplinary action.

Section 8. Removal from office. Any officer who fails to fulfill the duties of her office may be asked to resign by the President and/or CCD in accordance with the Delta Zeta Constitution. The chapter by 2/3 vote may request that any officer resign for cause. Upon the officer’s failure to do so, the CCD may declare the office vacant. (See Constitution)
