Describe how to make bleaching trays.

-place material in holder and lift to top

-place model in the center of vacuum former

-place heat lamp over material and turn on

-let material melt about 1/4-1/2 way down forming a bubble

-slide heat lamp way and turn off, turn vacuum on

-press material down allowing vacuum to remove any trapped air for about 5-10 secs

-remove, trim extra material away and around scallops of gingiva making sure there are no sharp edges.
