What is the standard attire for the desk? Weekdays? Weekends? 

Polo, name tag and picture up on the door. You are required to wear you polo during all your shifts (yes, this includes weekends) Except on Fridays.

What do you need to take to give our equipment?

something valuable (Driver's License, Skycard, phone, etc.)

What's the procedure for shift coverage? 

You are responsible for getting your shift covered. When the shift has been covered make sure to put it on the big calendar (this is the only way Amber knows for time sheets!!)

If we get a skycard what do you do with it?

New Policy! We keep skycards at the desk. Please log them into the skycard excel sheet (located in the lost and found folder). If they have keys attached to them, log the skycard into the skycard excel sheet and say placed in key bin. Also log the keys into the key excel sheet and place both into the key bin.
