No, but that's okay! It's important to recognize that you do have positive qualities.

How can social media play a part in harmful comparisons with others?

On social media, you often see people’s best moments, not their struggles or the ups and downs of real life. That can create unrealistic expectations for yourself.

For example, seeing people on social media achieve their goals can be motivating, but can also seem quick and easy. If your experience is different, your self-concept might suffer.

no, some people see themselves the same way for a long time, while others find that almost all of their self-concept pieces change at some point. Many people fall somewhere in between.

Example: Yes because I know where I want to be so I will make decisions to achieve this.
