Why are some of the items left for day-of onboarding even though they could be done beforehand?

Out of privacy. There is no two-week notice in this industry. Agents often do not quit their previous brokerage until moments before the onboarding. We want to ensure there is no buzz and chatter about the incoming agent before the agent can announce the move themselves.

Also, so emails are at the top of their inbox and easy to find (ZipForms, IABS, etc)

Why does the DFW Agent Success Team have our own tracker of agent business cards in a google excel sheet?

Compass covers the expense of 200 business cards for agents. We use the sheet to track how many cards the agents have ordered. Once the agent hits 200, we then create a Moo account so that they can order additional cards at their own expense.
