Advise the customer the reason they can't change this is due to not being registered with sms security however you can #digi both!

Advise the customer the only way to cancel this is by blocking & replacing the card and deactivating any tokens affiliated with the card or by cancelling it directly with the merchant.

For certain merchant's you can google how to cancel their subscription by searching for it online so use those resources!

I have fallen behind on some payments for my loan and I would like to go on a payment plan if possible, is there such an option?

No digi here, however... look to get the customer through the customer to our nab assist team to help them as best we can as they have stated they have fallen behind on payments.

I need a statement with todays date on it which show's my balance's and full name and address and it's an urgent matter.

#digi - Given the customer's circumstances needing a statement immediately we need to dig a little deeper and understand the request.

- Guide the customer through mobile banking/internet banking that their is a proof of balance statement available which displays this information and would be available immediately. 

- Can search for it in mobile banking or will be on home screen in internet banking on a computer.

I'm about to buy a brand new car and need to transfer a higher amount than possible, the car is worth $40,000 how can I increase my transfer limit?

- #digi. Can only be done on a web browser (phone or computer/laptop)

- Although their are business accounts this is still possible:

 Go to profile & settings, select internet banking settings, under accounts & display deselect the business accounts/third party accounts where it has the enabled button ticked & save account settings. 

- Select change limit and choose new daily limit from drop down menu and select update limit, input sms security code. 

- Once the transfer has been made guide the customer to change limit to what they want and reenable the third party/bus accounts
