Ignore and block the sender of the email.

Do not reply something bad back to them and try to solve the problem without starting a fight

- Don't click on the link because it's most likely a scam
- Find out who the sender is
- Check if the link is secured with 'https://'

Tell them not to click on links or anything that claims that something is wrong with your device
