No! If a client enrolls in PB Online, they automatically gain access to electronic copies of eligible tax documents. However, physical tax documents will continue to be mailed to the client; the paper delivery cannot be turned off at this time.

How can a client reset their PB Online password?
1. They can call YOU.
2. They can call Private Bank Client Services.
3. They can self-serve on privatebank.bankofamerica.com by clicking Forgot Password, inputting their email address and an authorization code (TEXT or VOICE), and resetting it directly.

What is the difference between Mobile Easy Sign and DocuSign when a document has more than one signer?
For Mobile Easy Sign, the associate must tag and send the document first to Signer #1. Then when it comes back, they save the document, re-upload it and tag it again, then send to Signer #2. (The associate must manually route the document first to Signer #1, then to Signer #2.)
For DocuSign, the document is automatically routed to Signer #2 after Signer #1 completes their DocuSign package.
