Just like in the Hotel Schedule Planner, this is the name of the search filters that allow you to change which associates are displayed in the Employee Timecards view.

Associates can submit a request to swap a shift in this UKG view.
What is My Calendar. (Accessed from the Main Menu by going to 'My Information' and selecting 'My Calendar'.)

This button, located in the bottom-right of the Employee Timecards view, allows a manager to review changes to the timecard that is currently displayed - including who made the change and when it was made.
What is the 'Audits' button?
Associates can use this button to customize the tiles that are available on their home screens in the UKG app or on the web page.
Now, where is the 'Tile Library' button?
In the app store, this is the name of the app associates download.
What is 'UKG Dimensions'?
This is the screen where all alerts are displayed together, and features functionality that will let managers respond to and close the alerts.
What is the Control Panel?
For bonus points, what is a way to access the control panel from the home screen?
These are predefined shifts that include a start and end time.
What are templates?
This button, located in the bottom-left of the Employee Timecards view, shows all of the time for the associate currently displayed, across all of the dates that are currently displayed and all applicable pay codes.
What is the 'Totals' button?
Associates are able to submit a request to change their schedule availability on this UKG view.
What is 'My Calendar'.
Associates can then request to change their availability by selecting 'Layers' and then 'Availability'.
UKG Dimensions is not the proper system for associates to request or managers to approve this type of time off.
What is paid time off (PTO).
Where should they do that?
This button, located on the top-right corner of *almost* every page in UKG, provides tips and context for what is being displayed currently when clicked.
What is the "Help" button.
In order to ensure that changes to the Hotel Schedule Planner are put into effect, you must click this button before navigating away from the Hotel Schedule Planner view.
