Not allowing someone from a certain gender to do something, assuming someone from a certain gender can or can't do something, treating people in the same job differently because of their gender
What is the danger/harm of only interacting with people based on stereotypes?
You can start a fight/problem, you can hurt someone mentally, you can discriminate against them, you can miss out on who they are as a person, you can embarrass yourself!

You can look up more about that identity online, you can listen to that person's point of view, you can keep your impulses to yourself AND learn about why those impulses are inappropriate, you can speak from an "I perspective" and share your experience.
