Newborns are wiped down until their umbilical cord falls and then bathed in the sink.
Infants are bathed in a baby bathtub in the shower.
If toddlers come with both parents what is the room arrangement made by the program?
Mom and baby would be put in a room together while Dad is placed in Obama. However, he would be allowed to have supervised visits in either Hoover/Kennedy Diner or Infant Land.
