Consistently scheduled visits are important but if a visit is cancelled on Monday and you see them on Wednesday, the touchpoint on Monday is marked this way.

Don't be stressed but using this will help the reader when docs are read later.
This is easily overlooked but it's important to mark this level appropriately for both the primary adult and secondary adult.
What is level of engagement?
If a family time moved from the branch to the community, this information should be documented here.
What is the monthly and closing summary?
Life happens, but if someone arrives after this time attendance should be marked arrived late.

Part of our support for families that needs documenting is connecting families to these.
