NOO!! Every day is different and this should reflect in your notes!
When completing a monthly summary, is it important to read every note from the previous month?
Yes! There may be information missed if you are just scanning through or looking at the groups calendar.

Subjective is your opinion point of of view where as objective is what you actually see/hear
What goes into the significant info box?
Significant information!!
-Life plan meetings, any significant information you find in the documentation throughout the month; if the individual was out for a period of time, any unusual behaviors, etc
