A urinalysis (UA) was never completed but DogByte completed the order. Why did DogByte charge for it but it was never analyzed.
Bulk ordering diagnostics creates one requisition ID and completes all orders on tx sheet with the same ID.

HM, MD, and NM can update phone numbers and email address without unlocking the account.

I accidentally captured a payment as cash but it was supposed to be a credit card. How do I show the payment correctly in DogByte?
1. If the visit is closed, create temporary discount to refund the amount
2. Remove discount and capture correct payment
We started the oxygen treatments late and now need to account for a few hours that aren’t on the invoice. How do I add the additional hours to the treatment sheet?
Open green oxygen order, we are going to modify the treatment status by clicking "Scheduled" and then click "Modify"
Then click the uncompleted orange oxygen box and change the status back to "Complete". Select "Started Earlier" to the desire time.

I’m a nurse and the ECG is scheduled for q4 and is not switching to serial charging. Please help!
Order must be discontinued and re-ordered. Serial Charging is activated when initially ordered, does not count.
