It was darkening at the edges, but he could see enough to notice that there were shattered remains of porcelain dolls all around him. And then he heard a voice, which he knew to be Eleanor's father. "She looks just like one of them. She looks just like a broken doll."
How did Poppy, Zach, and Alice escape from the library and complete their quest?
Alice crawled up into the ceiling, dropped down on the other side of the door, and unlocked it. Zach found the queen. They stole two bikes and rode to the cemetery. They buried the queen in the Kerchner family plot.
