Outline the process involved in a police referral
Police will enter a referral through QPRIME, Police Referrals then electronically process the referral and direct it to the appropriate service providers. The service provider will then contact the person usually via phone or email within a few business days. Follow up service may include face-to-face personal contact or information provided via email/post.
