What is Girl Scouts Together?
Due on June 30th, this is an accounting of a troops financial activities by category. Must be completed and submitted with May's bank statement (preferably with form 107b attached).
What is the EOY report? (Form 108)
Due to the SU Travel Coordinator three weeks before the activity, this council approved paperwork is part two of a form required for any high-risk activity and/or for an overnight trip of one to three nights and includes leader trainings, and a final roster of attendees.
What is the Training and Roster Verification Form? (Form 119b)
A google document created by the SU to provide opportunities for financial support for Girls and Troops planning Events, Travel, attending Council Activities, taking training and certification courses and completing Higher Awards.
What is the SU67 Request for Funds Form?
The form required to complete and submit to council in the event a serious injury or incident occurs during a Girl Scout sponsored event or Cookie Booth.
