A solicitation awarded based on the responsive/responsible vendor with the lowest price.
What is an IFB (Invitation for Bid)?
A form used to guide users on the required information/documents to be submitted for all solicitation types.

Discussions that follow the technical scoring.
What are oral presentations?
This document is executed to confirm an award for services.
What is a Professional Services Agreement/ Contract?
Segments of the project vendors are required to complete prior to invoicing the CHA.
What are Project Milestones?
This department procures goods and services for the Authority

The narrative describing proposed strategies and plans that will be used by Respondents to meet the required Scope of Services
What is the Approach and Work Plan?
A meeting where evaluators can discuss their review of proposals.
What is a Consensus Meeting?
These completed forms with supporting documents constitute the MWDBE Participation Plan
What are schedules A and C?
The only time a User Department can speak with vendors about the RFP.
