These are the people that perform on the stage.
Who are performers?
The must mid point in on the stage, often where you can find a single performer.
What is center stage?
This is something that triggers the performer to do an action.

This is when performers try out for a role in a production?
What is an audition?
This is where everyone meets before entering the theater.
What is the Lobby?
These people come to see a performance.
Who are the audience?
This is the most front (downstage) curtain and often the curtain between the audience and performers.
What is the main/ maincurtain?
This is the old design of the stage that is on a slope.
What is a raked stage?
This type of rehearsal comes close to the end of production and includes all of lighting, costumes, music etc.
What is a tech rehearsal?
This is where the performers get changed.
What is the dressing rooms?
Who is the person responsible for making all of the production decisions.
Who is the director?
This is the large white curtain upstage that reflects lights and colors.
What is the cyc?
This is when performers make up lines or a dance on the spot?
What is improving?
This is the first time the performers sit with each other and read through the show.
What is a read through?
This is where the audience sits to watch a performance.
What is the house?
These are the people that help backstage with the set lighting and props?
Who are the stagehands/ techies?
The space between the curtains, Legs, on the sides of the stage.
What are the wings?

This is the last show of the run of a production.
What is closing night?
This is where the performers wait until they go on stage.
What is the green room?

What is the most downstage part of the stage that expends to the audience?
What is the apron?
This is the invisible wall that is between the audience and the performers.
