A student is very frusterated with their instructor and feels they are not getting the help they need. What should they do/what should you tell them and what article do you use?
Student’s who have complaints against his/her instructor should first express concerns directly to the instructor.
If the situation is not resolved or the student is unable to contact the instructor, he/she may fill out the “Instructor Problem” resource card found in the "Resources" tab on their student portal.

If a student is unable to drop or withdraw from a course because of a financial hold, he/she will need to fill out the Online Course Drop form.

PathwayConnect does not issue 1098-T forms for tax deductions. PathwayConnect is not a full or part-time “degree-seeking” institution.

Students who do not register for courses after missing 2 consecutive semesters, will lose their active student status at the university and will need to re-apply as an online student again
