An international student just finished PathwayConnect and would like their certificate of completion sent in the mail to them so they can have it for their records. What do you do and what article do you use?
Until further notice, Enrollment Services cannot mail out any graduation certificates to international students, including ones for the Fall 2019 and Winter 2020 Semesters. These students should print their own certificates from their portal. These certificates may be sent out at a later date, but we cannot guarantee any timeframe.
A student is on live chat and you need their ID number in order to help them but they can't remember it. Where are the three possible places that you can find a student's I-number?

A former PathwayConnect student asked to have their transcripts sent a week ago and their school hasn't received them yet. They want to know how long it will take and how she can know if they've been sent. What do you tell them and what article do you use?
There is no guaranteed time frame in which transcripts will be processed. If the student requests the status of the transcripts, inform him/her that Enrollment Services will see the status of whether it was sent, and send it again if needed.
A PWOL student contacts you saying he is unable to add classes. You send him the GRAD Planner tutorial you found in the articles and help him troubleshoot but the grad planner still doesn’t work. What do you do? And what are the two articles you would use?
If students need additional help with grad planner, refer them to an Academic Advisor.

A PC student is unable to select their desired certificate course (TEFOL) in their portal. You tried the troubleshooting steps and it still doesn't work. What do you do?
Until the tool is fixed next week, please send these students over to our Enrollment Services - PathwayConnect team. They will then manually enroll these students in their desired courses.

Send the student a Petition Link https://byui.az1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_bNiwpE2JDaj8Ixn - Let the student know they will need to complete the Petition Survey, ask them to be as detailed as possible with *Where they are from * High School completion information. They will receive an email letting them know the results of their petition.
A PWOL student would like to change his status from ONLINE to DAY (on-campus). What should you do? What article would you use?

A 31-year old L student contacts you because they have been unsuccessful with trying to register for their religion course. It's not showing the option in their portal. What do you do and what article do you use?
L students do not need to take a religion student to complete PathwayConnect. Inform them of this and reassure them that this won't impact their ability to graduate or matriculate to BYU-Idaho.
Religion Courses are only for Standard Ages 31+ & 18+ Virtual *locations where students don’t have access to credit-bearing Institute
A PWOL student claimed she has met the pre-requisite requirements of a course with transfer coursework but is still unable to register the course. What should you do? What article would you use?
Course registration authorizations can be granted from the Academic Planning team once they have verified the pre-requisite for the needed course has been met.
