What are the three types of dreams and what are their qualities?
So there are actually 10 types of dreams that I learned about, but I will share my top three. First we have daydreams, which occurs usually 70 to 120 minutes each day! It’s a state where your half awake, and occurs when you’re bored and not paying attention.Next we have nightmares, which probably everyone has heard about, but there is much more to them than you might think. They cause you to feel anxious or scared, and usually are influenced by real life trauma. There’s even something called PSN (Post Traumatic Stress Nightmare) which is where the nightmares are extremely more intense. They’re usually a signal from your body that there is something that you fear, and it needs to be confronted. And finally, we have my favourite, which is epic dreams!!! They’re so vivid and seem so huge that you can’t ignore them nor forget them. In fact, those who have had epic dreams can remember them for years. They’re especially amazing because when you wake up, you feel as if you have discovered something amazing about yourself or the world.
