*THIS IS A TWO PART ANSWER* - meal delivery is out and when it isn't.
Meal Delivery is NOT out - hand drinks to the guest first. Regardless of if they're being pulled up or not.
Meal Delivery IS out - if they're being parked - do not worry about giving drinks to the guest. Just go ahead and park the car.
Drinks/Food need to be handed out together when meal delivery is out.

Make sure all Ipads and card swipes are plugged in and charging.

The guests.
You may talk to the person in the window & outside with you IF it's guest related questions/concerns.
Should you be checking the bag to ensure the bag stuffer is stuffing the bag?
Yes! Please double check the order to ensure we aren't forgetting any sauces/utensils. Just a quick glance is all it takes.
When drinks 2 isn't present and your screen is full.
*If you run out of something and your screen is full - ask a leader for help to get you stocked back up.

To get everyone out of the drive thru as fast and efficient as possible.
When in the window - when are the times you need to be checking for payments?
always! make sure that all orders have been paid.
be on the lookout for 50's, 100's, pay at window marked on all the stickers before handing it out the window.

What is the process of switching with 2 iPads v 4 iPads?
2 ipads - drinks 1 rotation: tell the person you're outside with that you're going into switch and let the person on drinks 1 know over the walkie talkie that you're coming into switch so everyone is ready.
3/4 ipads - Make sure everyone that is outside with you knows that you're going into switch. Make sure that you're switching one by one.
What's the first thing that you do after you set up the meal delivery table?

When you have food lined up all the way to the bagging station and everyone outside is already running multiple orders.
When should drinks 2 ask the frontline director/leader for help on desserts?
When the drive thru drinks screen is completely full and they're out of all items. You should only be worrying about the drive thru screen at that point.
Should you be double checking the bagger before you start bag stuffing the food?
YES. Please make sure they're putting all the items in a bag. We are all human!!

How many orders should you be taking at a time?
2 - if they're small and you're able to carry food/drinks in your hand WITHOUT it touching your body/fingers inside the bag.
1-if they're big and you have to carry multiple drinks.
Should you be filling the table up with food if there aren't any team members readily available to run orders?
No. Peek your head out the window to see if anyone is already coming back to the table THEN you can put more food out.

Original - ice to the grey line - coffee to the grey line - 2 pumps of original syrup - top it off with milk.
Vanilla - ice to the grey line - coffee to the grey line - 2 pumps of vanilla syrup - top it off with milk.
Mocha - ice to the grey line - coffee to the grey line - 2 pumps of chocolate syrup - top it off with shake base.

It is ONLY okay to step off when you've notified a director/team leader and it should only be for a QUICK second to grab sauce off the sauce wall.
