  1. Full Tort Threshold
This allows the named insured and other household members to maintain the right to sue for pain and suffering resulting from an auto accident.
  2. Limited Tort Threshold
    - This waives the right of the named insured and other household members to sue for pain and suffering.
    - The right to sue is retained for death, impairment of bodily function or disfigurement, and injury from an Uninsured Motorist, out-of-state motorist, or drunken driver.

You get an RFI pop up, with no reason as to why you go this, how do you explain this process to your customer?

In your area we are taking a deeper dive into our prices and making sure we are remaining competitive in your area. To help with this we have our manual partners manually rating our policies in this area so we would need to mail you the application (or you can download the form) rather than completing the quote over the phone/online. It takes about 5-7 to get to you and once we receive it back you can call in to finalize the policy over the phone.
